Games for Halloween
February 8th, 2008 by adminIf you’re arranging a Halloween party then you just need to play various games! No matter if it’s simply to fill spare time before the meal is ready or just to keep the children occupied before the parents collect them, so here are some great games to play at your Halloween party.
1) Wart on Witches’ Noses: photocopy or draw a big photo of a witch; then get lumps of coloured play-dough, blindfold every kid and let them pin a wart on this witch’s nose.
2) The traditional Halloween amusement is apple bobbing. Float some apples in a big bowl of water, every player must attempt to get one apple with the teeth while the hands are behind the back. (really this can get a bit messy)
3) Usually on Halloween party, if you peel one apple and throw its skin over the shoulder and this skin will make the initial of that person that you are to get marry. You could also peel the kid’s apple once bobbed, then see if the one resembles any letter.
4) One more variant of this game is to hang up the apples on short string and the participants have to eat one apple again without even touching it.
5) Musical Zombies: Find suitable Halloween Music – for example, Saint-Saens’ goes down perfect with children, however if the children are rather young you could employ ‘Fossils’ - and play it of musical statues. And instead of just dancing the children pretend to be musical zombies then stand unmoving when the melody stops.
6) Wrap your Mummy: Tear up some strips of one old sheet and then see who is able to wrap up their pal the fastest.
Have a Great Halloween!
